देश और दुनिया में बढ़ता तापमान तमाम तरह की मुश्किलें बढ़ा रहा है. बढ़ते तापमान को लेकर हाल में दक्षिण अफ्रीका में रिसर्च की गई है. जिसमें चौंकाने वाला खुलासा हुआ है. बढ़ता तापमान गर्भवती महिलाओं और उनके गर्भ में पल रहे शिशु के स्वास्थ्य पर बेहद नकारात्मक और खतरनाक है. दक्षिण अफ्रीका में विट्स रिप्रोडक्टिव हेल्थ एंड एचआईवी इंस्टीट्यूट (डब्ल्यूआरएचआई) के नेतृत्व में अध्ययनों की समीक्षा की है.
दक्षिण अफ्रीका में जो रिसर्च हुआ है. रिसर्च में भीषण गर्मी से कई मामलों में शिशु का समय से पहले पैदा हो रहे हैं. इसके साथ ही कुछ मामलों में जन्म से पहले ही यानी गर्भ में शिशु की मौत हुई है. अभी देखा जाए तो उत्तर भारत गर्मी और लू का कहर है. राजधानी समेत अधिकतर क्षेत्रों में प्रचंड लू का प्रकोप है. इस भीषण गर्मी में गर्भवती महिलाओं के सामने खुद के साथ ही गर्भस्थ शिशु को सुरक्षित रखने की बडी चुनौती है.
टैचीकार्डिएक की शिकार
बता दें कि, दुनियाभर के देशों में इस साल अप्रैल महीने में ही गर्मी का पारा हाई है. अब हम बात करें तो पूरे दक्षिण एशिया में गर्म हवाओं का प्रकोप है. इतना ही नहीं, भारत की राजधानी दिल्ली के साथ ही अन्य शहरों का तापमान बीते दिनों तापमान 49 डिग्री सेल्सियस तक पहुंचा था. ऐसे में गर्भवती महिलाओं के शरीर में पानी की कमी शिकायत हुई. उन्हें खूब पसीना आ रहा है. गर्मी की वजह से गर्भवती महिलाओं की हार्ट बीट भी ज्यादा रही. चिकित्सकों की मानें तो गर्मी में गर्भवती महिलाओं का ह्रदय एक मिनट में 100 बार से अधिक धड़क रहा है. मेडिकल में यही टैचीकार्डिएक है. टैचीकार्डिएक की वजह से गर्भ में पल रहे शिशु को कई प्रकार की गंभीर समस्या उत्पन्न होती है.
समय से पहले कैसे पैदा हो जाते हैं बच्चे
वरिष्ठ स्त्री रोग विशेषज्ञ बताते हैं कि, गर्भावस्था में महिलाओं के शरीर में एक विशेष तरह का तरल एमनियोटिक द्रव होता है. जो गर्भ में पल रहे शिशु को 9 महीनों तक सुरक्षित रखता है. गर्मी में डिहाइड्रेशन की वजह से महिलाओं के शरीर में एमनियोटिक द्रव की कमी होती है. जिसकी वजह से ही समय से पहले बच्चे का जन्म हो सकता है. इसके अलावा मोटापा, हाई ब्लड प्रेशर भी ओलिगोहाइड्रामनिओस का कारण बन सकता है.
एक डिग्री सेल्सियस की वृद्धि से शिशु पर 5 फीसदी खतरा
वायुमंडल के तापमान में प्रत्येक डिग्री सेल्सियस की वृद्धि होने पर समय से पहले शिशु के जन्म होने और जन्म से पहले बच्चे की मौत का खतरा पांच फीसदी तक बढ़ता है. इस बारे में ऑस्ट्रेलिया के एक रिसर्च में खुलासा हुआ था. रिसर्च में यह सामने आया था कि, अत्यधिक गर्म मौसम में मरे हुए शिशुओं के पैदा होने के मामलों में 46 फीसदी तक की वृद्धि हुई.
